    FOUNDER & HOLISTIC WELLNESS COACH

Anete is a certified holistic wellness coach and graduate in Gastronomic Sciences, dedicated to helping women reclaim their health through gut healing, nutrition, Ayurveda, and stress management.

She is a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York, the first health coaching school in the world, known for its groundbreaking approach to nutrition and holistic well-being. Unlike conventional programs, IIN teaches bio-individuality, emphasizing that no one diet fits all and that true health is a balance of mind, body, and lifestyle choices.

Currently, Anete is expanding her expertise with Chopra Yoga and Chopra Ayurveda certifications, based on the teachings of Dr. Deepak Chopra, a global leader in integrative health. These studies deepen her understanding of stress reduction, mindful movement, Ayurvedic nutrition, and achieving a blissful, balanced state of being—all essential elements of true well-being.

Her Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomic Sciences from one of the world’s most innovative universities, founded on Slow Food principles, has given her a unique perspective on how food is deeply connected to health, culture, and sustainability.

With over 15 years of collaboration with the Latvian Society of Cardiology, she has worked extensively on heart-healthy, nourishing diets using organic, local ingredients. She also teaches an annual course at the University of Latvia Medicine Faculty, educating future doctors on coffee and health and the critical role of health coaches in patient wellness.

Beyond coaching, Anete is an established health and nutrition writer, contributing articles to various magazines, helping spread awareness about holistic healing, mindful eating, and sustainable wellness practices.

Her work is driven by a simple yet powerful mission: to guide women towards a healthier, more vibrant, and deeply connected life, rooted in nature, ancestral wisdom, and conscious choices.
